PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order dated 27.09.2005 in Na.Ka.A2/36930/2005 of the respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to re-instate the petitioner is service as PG assistant with effect from 27.09.2005 with all attendant benefits.

O R D E R

The order under challenge in the present writ petition is to a suspension order, whereby the petitioner was suspended from his service, in view of the pendency of the criminal case in Crime No.12 of 2005.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate on instructions, submitted that pending the Writ Petition, the criminal case had ended in acquittal and the Director of Adi Dravida And Tribal Welfare Board had also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

recalled the order of suspension through his proceedings dated 28.02.2017. The learned Government Advocate also submitted that the petitioner is at present continuing his service. In view of the same, the petitioner may not have any further grievance. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
