O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders in the appeal that was filed by the petitioner on 06.11.2023, wherein, the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property which has been classified as a grama natham. 2.Heard Mr.K.Premkumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and considering the limited scope of this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 06.11.2023 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
