ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant for taking substitute service for the respondent in OP No.404 of 2025 to effect paper publication.

2. According to the applicant, she is the petitioner in the main petition. Already she taken out notice to the respondent but unable to serve notice and the respondent is evading from serving notice. Therefore, filed this application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and facts and circumstances of the case, it is appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
