This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.4025/A3/2011 dated 07.01.2012 and quash the same and direct the respondents to sanction pension to the petitioner and grant him all consequential benefits including payment of arrears with interest.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the matter has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
