COMMON PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent herein from enforcing the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Timber Transit Rules against the petitioner herein in respect of the Silver Oak (Gervillea Robusta).
