This writ petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking for a direction to the Respondents to include the name of the Petitioner in the panel for promotion to the post of Headmaster High School for the year 2015-2016 by taking into consideration the date of appointment as B.T. Assistant and not the date of acquisition of B.Ed. without reference to G.O.Ms.181 dated 29.10.2001 which has been stayed by this Honourable Court in W.P.No.15536 of 2013 vide Order dated 12.06.2013 and consequently promote the Petitioner.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the cause arose for the purpose of filing the present writ petition has become vanished as the petitioner is promoted to the Post of Head master in the year 2017 itself.
3.In view of the submission made, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
