(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law subject to law of limitation.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim applicants stand closed.
