Ms. No.153 Agri (AA I) and promote as agricultural chemist with effect from 29.03.1994 and further promote to the higher post of Joint Director of Agriculture with effect from 02.12.1996 and direct the respondents to grant the consequential pensionary benefits and all other attendant benefits with interest @ 12% p.a. From the date of accrual of arrears thereof till the disbursement of the monetary benefits.
