O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated on 07.04.2016 and to give proper police protection to the petitioner and his property situated at No.46 Thaiyur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kanchipuram District.

It is seen that the complaint is of the year 2016. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so adviced. 3.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
