ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the orders of the Learned Additional District Judge of Krishnagiri dated 22.11.2021 in IA.No. 5 of 2021 in OS.No. 64 of 2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the revision petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
