Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent vide Letter No.CMRL/HR/Rectt-01/2013 dated 15.07.2013 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to appoint the petitioner for the post of Station Controller under General Category in Post Code No.01 mentioned

in the advertisement no.CMRL/HR/01/2013 dated 15.01.2013 issued by the third respondent.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the order of the third respondent dated 15.07.2013 and to consequently direct the third respondent to appoint the petitioner for the post of Station Controller. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent issued advertisement notification dated 15.01.2013 for three categories of posts and she applied for the post of Station Controller. The petitioner scored high rank in the online test and in the Psycho Metric Test and hence, she was provisionally selected and she was called for certificate verification. The petitioner also participated in the certificate verification, however, she was not appointed for the said post. Hence, this writ petition.

3.It is reported that after long pendancy, the relief sought for by the petitioner has been granted to the petitioner on 28.11.2020.

4.Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
