Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order No.f/vz;/c/bgh-,&g-rpg;fhl; II j/eh-nfh: jdp-m/vz;/148 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to provide electricity connection to the petitioner's land in Survey No.608/1 with boundaries by east: 30 feet wide road, west:plot no 509, North: Road, South:bearing Plot No.523, Rajaji Nagar, Nallur Village, Krishnagiri District.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"As per Sec.11(7) of Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission Code and Regulation Act, the petitioner retains her rights to prefer appeal upon the respondent's order. Therefore, the Hon'ble may be pleased to permit to withdraw the petition."

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
