Prayer sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to register the name of the petitioner and allow her to continue her course and attend the classes in Ph.D Commerce (Full time) for the years 2022 & 2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent-authorities on 21.11.2022, but no action has been taken by the respondents till date, hence she filed the present writ petition seeking directions to the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 has submitted that the respondents will consider the representation dated 21.11.2022 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.
4. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties and considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, directs the respondentauthorities to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2022, on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunities to the parties concerned, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, these writ petition stands disposed of . Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 17.09.2025 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No ak
