Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that W.P.No.22336 of 2015 filed by the very same petitioner with identical prayer, came to be dismissed on 26.04.2019 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
