Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon
hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAMASUBRAMANIAM & ASSO, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. P.S.RAMAN FOR R.PARTHASARATH on behalf of R1 AND MR.G.RAJAGOPAL ASGI FOR MR.DEVANDRA FOR R2 TO R4 and or behalf of MR. P. WILSON Senior Counsel for M/S. P.WILSON ASSOCIATE FOR R5 the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to intervene in W.P.No.44126/16 as intervener. Earlier the very same petitioner filed miscellaneous petition seeking to implead itself as a party. That petition has been dismissed, however it was stated that anybody who is interested in the matter who can assist the Court can approach this Court seeking permission to intervene. In pursuance of the same he has filed this petition. In our considered view since the petitioner is not impleaded as a party but any allowed to intervene in the matter so as to assist the Court, no prejudice will be caused to any one who are already there in the writ petition.
Therefore this petition is allowed.
