ORDER

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 03.10.2023 in Special Sessions Case No.166 of 2021 on the file of the Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Vellore and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Crl.A.No.1301 of 2023.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 07-03-2025 (1⁄2) mfa
