ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records relating to the proceedings in First Information report in Crime No.29 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police, Chengalpattu as against the Petitioners and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report was filed before learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chengalpattu.

3. In view of the filing of the final report, this Court cannot quash the First Information Report in Crime No.29 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police, Chengalpattu. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
