The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has not received any instruction from the petitioner and he is not certain whether the petitioner is alive or not. 2.The Writ petition of the year 2005 for registering a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.10.2004. Since it is a family dispute, it would have settled among themselves.

3.Due to no instructions, the learned counsel is unable to proceed further in this matter. Hence, recording no instructions, this court is inclined to dismiss this petition. 4.In the result, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition if any also stands dismissed.
