This application has been filed to grant leave to institue the suit against the properties mentioned in A and B Schedule which are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

3. The suit is one for partition.

Though the suit A and B schedule properties are situated out side the jurisdiction of this Court, more valuable properties are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and the defendants are also residing within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
