ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the recommendation of the 3rd respondent dated 07.10.2025 made in Na.Ka.No. 15802/ A2/ 2024 for grant of two increments and for fixation of pay in the post of Assistant to the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2025 within the time frame.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2025 within a specified time.

4. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the recommendation of the 3rd respondent dated 07.10.2025 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2025, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
