O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2013 by taking action against the 2nd respondent.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the 2nd respondent without putting up any septic tank is polluting by leaving the drainage water in the open place, therefore, he has given a representation to the 1st respondent to take action against the 2nd respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given the representation as early as on 05.07.2013, the 1st respondent has not passed any order sofar.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
