ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner dated 22.04.2014 and permit him to retire from service.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has been dismissed from service, on the basis of the charges framed against him and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in br/K.vz;/xegp1/18526/1989, dated 11.06.2020 issued by the respondent.
