writs of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue computerized patta in respect of Plot Nos. 31, 32, 37 and 38 at Sholinganallur and Firka, Chennai.

2. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 18.01.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petitions, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 18.01.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
