CMP Nos.5011,5012 & 5013 of 2020 in SA No.416 of 2014 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J Notice was ordered by this Court to the proposed respondents R4 to R7 and these respondents have refused to receive notice, the same is clear from the office note put up in the case bundle. Hence, there is a deemed service of notice on R4 to R7. The Registry shall print the name of R4 to R7 in the cause-list. The Registry shall also carryout the necessary amedment in the cause-title in the Appeal. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the 3rd respondent has also expired.

The learned counsel for the Appellant sought for some time to file a petition to implead the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent. Post this case on 23.03.2022. In the meantime, appropriate petition shall be filed, numbered and brought up for hearing.
