Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent relating to the order of the 1st respondent in his Na.Ka.No.84284 of 2011 Ma.Va.Pa. Dated 23.11.2011 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to pay the arrears of Ex-Gratia Pension at the rate of Rs.2,500/- per month together with interest thereon at 18% per annum to the petitioner and to continue to pay the pension to the petitioner and sofar as the petitioner is concerned.
