PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the tender condition in clauses VII and VIII - FCI and clauses VII and IX-Non FCI of the Tender Notification dated 18.06.2015 issued by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently directing the second respondent to modify the condition imposing three years experience in the matter of transportation in the Government and its undertaking companies so as to enable the petitioner and persons similarly situate to participate in the tender process and tender to be held on 06.07.2015 at 02.30 p.m.
