O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenu to grant leave for a period of 10 days to the detenu Kurubaran, son of Thangavel, aged about 40 years, now confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore for conducting cremation ceremony of mother of the detenu.

2.This Court, on 22.04.2015, granted parole to the detenu Kurubaran, son of Thangavel, aged about 40 years, from 06.30 a.m. on 27.04.2015 to 6.30 p.m. on 29.04.2015 for attending the 30th day funeral ceremony of his deceased mother. The Registry was also directed to post the matter today for reporting compliance. 3.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of this Court was complied with and the detenu was put back to prison on 29.04.2015, i.e., yesterday, itself.

4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is closed.
