3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that there are four cases under Section 302 IPC pending against the petitioner's son and that the petitioner's son is in the A+ rowdy category. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that every time the petitioner is produced before the Court, sufficient escort is given.
4. In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner's son is presently in prison. That apart, four murder cases are pending against the petitioner's son. Every time when the petitioner's son is brought to the Court, he is provided with sufficient escort. Providing any further security to the petitioner's son will give a wrong impression to the society. This Court does not find any merit in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 15.02.2024 Speaking Order/Non-speaking Order Index :Yes/No gm 3/4
