Consequent upon the order passed in the review application in Rev.A.No.257 of 2014 , this writ petition, which challenges the withdrawal of affiliation by the University, is closed. As and when the petitioner gets recognition for National Council for Teacher Education in terms of the new Regulations, the University shall consider the question of affiliation afresh. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2014 are also closed.
