ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a FIR against the respondents 5 to 10 dated 20.03.2016 and protect life of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the complaint dated 20.03.2016 has been sent by post to the respondent police and there is no proof that police have received the same.

In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the first respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 20.03.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
