ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for modification of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.13(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.33551 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33551 of 2025, dated 18.12.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the trial Court twice in a month i.e., on 2nd and 4th Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified. 06.02.2026 ssi To
