Common Prayer: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to the notice u/s.6 of Tamilnadu Land Encroachment Act, No.3 of 1905 dt.21.10.2005 pertaining to the petitioners' land in S.No.259/7, wrongly given (actual 259/1) and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property by the petitioner.

(ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE) There is no representation for the petitioners. So also, on the last date, i.e., 16.07.2019, there was no representation for the petitioners.

2.In the order dated 02.07.2019, it is recorded that in spite of writing letters through registered post to the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners has not received any instructions, hence, he reported no instructions and therefore, the names of the petitioners be printed in the cause list on the next date, i.e., 16.07.2019. It is reflected in the order dated 16.07.2019 that there was no representation for the petitioners, hence, the matters be posted for dismissal on 26.07.2019, i.e., today.

3.As stated earlier, today also, there is no representation for the petitioners.

Hence, the writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.
