C.M.P.Nos.3644, 3649 and 3650 of 2020, 4272, 4276 and 4279 of 2020 in C.R.P.Nos.357 and 358 of 2014 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN., J, These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 1402 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent and (iii) To bring on record the respondents 4 to 8 as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent in this Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard both sides and perused the records carefully. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner strongly opposed the petition, contending that the delay is enormous and no valid reason has been assigned for the delay of 1402 days.

4.Having regard to the fact that the 2nd respondent died and other facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to order these petitions.
