ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1056 days in representing the SA SR. No. 102651 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent and perused the material available on records.

3. The reason assigned by the learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfactory. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition with the condition that the petitioner shall a pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the Legal Service

Authority, Chennai. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 28.04.2025.
