The matter is relegated back to the learned Additional Master - I for continuation of recording of evidence of P.W.1 on 03.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent is directed to complete the crossexamination of P.W.1 by 17.03.2025. However, the petitioner proposes to examine any further witnesses, such witnesses shall be examined by the petitioner side on or before 17.04.2025. respondent seeks time till 06.06.2025 for cross-examination. If any further witnesses to be let in by the respondent side, the same shall be made between 13.06.2025 and 30.06.2025.

4. The respondent shall deposit the Passport before the learned Additional Master - I on 03.03.2025. On such deposit, the applicant is also permitted to peruse the Passport.

5. Hence, this application in A.No.716 of 2025 in O.P.No.860 of 2016 is ordered as prayed for. No costs.
