3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 08.05.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.219 of 2016 and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
