This Criminal Original petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.6457 of 2015 on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai initiated under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, against these petitioners.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the 1st respondent has withdrawn the complaint given before the X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai and the said submission was agreed by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent. 3.
In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
