(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Banupriya, aged about 22 years, to cause production of his wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondents.
3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and she is residing with her parents and she is not willing to go along with her husband, the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
