This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order made in W.M.P No.13518 of 2017 in WP No.12694 of 2017 dated 17.05.2017.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

On perusal of the available records, it is seen that pursuant to the Order of this Court, the fifth respondent has issued Notice dated 15.6.2017. In view of the same, while granting liberty to the petitioner to give proper reply to the notice issued by the fifth respondent dated 15.6.2017, this contempt petition is closed.
