Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Village Assistant in Sekadu Village as per the 2nd respondent in Notification No.A4/4217/2022 dated 10.10.2022 and Notification No.A4/4217/2022 dated 01.11.2022 in S.No.6 and to pass such further orders. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that this Court passed an order of interim stay in W.M.P.No.4033 of 2023 in W.P.No.3970 of 2023 dated 13.02.2023, "Any appointment made shall be subject to the result of the writ petition".

2. Learned Government Advocate has produced a copy of the proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.A4/4217/2022 dated 13.03.2023, stating that the petitioner has been appointed to the post of Village Assistant in Sekadu Village. Hence nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also on instructions submitted that the petitioner was appointed to the post of Village Assistant in Sekadu Village on 13.03.2023.

Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 06.01.2025 cda Index : Yes/No 2/4
