O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case against the power agent vendor on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.12.2013. 2.This Court perused the materials available on record and heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondents.

3.On reading of the complaint dated 19.12.2013, it is alleged by the petitioner that one Elumalai had sold the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

property measuring 1200 sq. ft. through his power agent Ponnurangan, for a sale consideration of Rs.45,000/- on 04.12.2010 and in the year 2013, when the petitioner went to the property, she found several persons there. On the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.271 of 2013. In the complaint, the petitioner has not alleged that the said Elumalai and Ponnurangan had sold someone's property to her. Therefore, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.12.2013. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
