ORDER

The petitioner was suspended by TASMAC (Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Ltd.) vide order dated 11.10.2013 on allegation of shortage of a sum of Rs.2,63,010/- (Rupees two lakhs sixty three thousand ten). Along with the petitioner, two other employees were also placed under suspension. According to the petitioner, other employees have paid proportionate amount and their orders of suspension were recalled. The petitioner seeks similar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

indulgence. The petitioner is prepared to pay a reasonable percentage of the amount indicated above.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.12.2013 on merits and as per law and taking into account the revocation of suspension in the case of others. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
