O R D E R
The instant writ petition is filed to issue a writ of certiorari, to call for the proceedings of the 2nd respondent Na.Ka.No.10471/96/A1 dated 21.5.1998 and consequential order passed by the 1st respondent in appeal in G.O.No.448 dated 23.10.2008.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states on instructions that his clients does not want to proceed further with the case and an endorsement was also made in the bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
