When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 27.06.2019 and 03.07.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be posted under the caption ' for dismissal ' on 05.07.2019. 2.Even though, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present before this Court to prosecute the matter. Hence the Writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
