ORDER

[Order of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA, J.] Parvathy, the petitioner herein has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 13.02.2012 passed by this Court in W.P. No.2211 of 2012.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board submitted that the order dated 13.02.2012 passed by this Court has been complied with by demolishing the illegal construction put up by the third respondent and before taking action, notice was given and after receiving the explanation, finding that the said explanation was not satisfactorily, the demolition work was initiated and ultimately, it was completed.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
