This petition is ordered and the production of certified copy of the judgment and decree in O.S.No.183 of 2015 dated 25.04.2017, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Palacode is dispensed with for the present on condition that the petitioner/appellant should apply and get the certified copy of the judgment and decree of the Trial Court and file the same as and when it is obtained.
