ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.11.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint dated 11.11.2014 given by the petitioner in CSR No.984 of 2014 was enquired into and the same has been closed.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.

5.The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
