ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief.

2. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 15.10.2025 pending on the file of the second respondent.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's appeal dated 15.10.2025 is directed to be disposed of by the second respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court by adhering to the principles of natural justice and after hearing the objections of the seventh respondent and any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire.

5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the seventh respondent, notice to the seventh respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

6. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 15.10.2025.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 15.10.2025 filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice after hearing the objections of the seventh respondent as well as any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire. No Costs.
