settlement deed no 615/97 dt 23.06.1997 and as per proceedings of 5th Respondent in Na. Ka. 7309/2020/A3 dated 05.08.2022 recommended to the 4th Respondent by considering the representation dated 07.09.2020 and 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.4068/2020/A3(A4) dated 30.01.2023 recommended to third respondent.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent to grant patta in favour of the petitioner with respect to the subject property based on the report submitted by the fifth respondent dated 05.08.2022 and the second respondent dated 30.01.2023.

2. Heard Ms.S.R.Sumathy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the 2/4

case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also considering the report submitted by the fifth respondent dated 05.08.2022 and second respondent dated 30.01.2023, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to pass final orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
