Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioners seek for a mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider their representation dated 07.11.2017, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

wherein and whereby, they sought for survey of the land and issue Patta in their favour.

4. The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioners, as it is for the respondents to consider and decide, based on the merits of the matter. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 07.11.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
